Which is more difficult to do?
1) Getting a perennial loser into playoff contention 2) Getting a perennial 8-9 win team over the hump and deep in the playoffs 3) Keeping a perennial powerhouse at the elite level

1 or 3. 2 would be the easiest. keeping powerhouses will be harder in this game but i still think easier than taking a POS team and getting them into the play-offs. Or SB one day.

its 1, thats the one with the most work involved, if you want headaches go for 2 because you hav a semi-great team but your gonna have to decide if the players who have been there 4-5 years should stay, breaking up a team who is close-knit. those teams usually are good teams with bad coaching or unlucky calls.
