My name is Russ Grimm and I have been Assistant Head Coach/Offensive Line coach for the world champion Steelers for 4 years. And last year I was offered some head coaching jobs but I decided to stay with the Steelers cause I knew we had a chance to win the super bowl. But now I think it is time to move and look for a head coaching job.
I will now like to give you a little bio about myself. I am a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where I was an all-American. I later played for the Washington Redskins where I was part of the super bowl team. And was an all pro Offensive Line man and was part of the groups called the Hogs and part of the all 80’s team. I played for 11 years (1981-1991). After that I became the tight ends coach of the Redskins and spent five seasons (1992-96) there then I became the offensive line coach from 1997-2000. Then was the Steelers Assistant Head Coach/Offensive Line coach for 5 years (2001-2005).
I would like to run a two back offensive. With one fast back and big bruising back.
